Even older dogs who dont have mishaps must evacuate the crate every there hours. It is suggested to bring your dog out to remove when they awake. Most dogs (like people!) will micturate within a few seconds of waking up. Many will have a bowel movement within minutes of waking up.

Dogs usually desire to urinate and defecate during dinner time. Hence he must be moved out of the crate during that time and also during lunch to let him to relax properly.

By doing so, he can savor your company or can kick about with you until you go to bed. Take him out to his potty spot and then back in his crate to sleep. Or else, apply the same techniques and schedule using the same spot, the same potty word, the same rewards, etc.

I have observed 100 % results for this training and find changes in dogs within a duration of three weeks. You must follow your timetable of taking him out for the potty if he successfully finishes the work. Dont overlook to reward or present him with cookies for his great task.

And, if your dog buries it from mind, remember that you don't allow him see you clean up after him. If you do not see ANY consequences after 4 - 5 weeks, you may want to seek the guidance and assistance of a professional dog coach.
